The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.459/2018 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, Civil and Revenue District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 457, 380 of IPC.

As per the prosecution case, a report was lodged by the complainant on 13/10/2017 that while she was prosecuting her studies went to Raipur came back in her rented house and found that mobile, laptop, charger, Rs.40,000/- were stolen. Subsequently, the applicant was arrested and from his possession goods were seized. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation would be necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charge sheet
has been filed and nature of allegation, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
