1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 23.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Gudiyari District -Raipur to Birkoni, DistrictMahasamund.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that she has been recently transferred from Surguja to Raipur vide order dated 18.06.2018. In just about one year's time petitioner has again been transferred. Second

ground of challenge is that the husband of the petitioner is also posted at the same place where the petitioner is working. Therefore, as per the transfer policy of the State Government as far as possible both should had been accommodated at the same place.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and respondents shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
