The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.112/2018 registered in Police Station Ramanujnagar, District Surajpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 354, 354(A)(1) of IPC and Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 23/07/2018 while the victim was coming back from her work, at that time the applicant came there and snatched away the scarf and caught hold of her hand and tried to outrage the modesty she being minor.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge sheet in this case has been filed, no substantial allegation of overact has been reported, it is only some dispute report has been made, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Perused the statement of the victim. Perusal of the charge sheet, statement & degree of allegation, this court is inclined to release the

applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
