1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of land bearing Khasra No. 724 admeasuring area 1.25 hect. It is submitted that name of the petitioner is reflected in the revenue records but the same has

not been entered in the digital records. It is further submitted that the petitioner has made several representation for entering his name in the digital records but no action has been taken on the representation till date. Therefore, he prays that respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest.

2. Learned State counsel has no objection if the petition is disposed off with direction.

3. Perused the documents and heard learned counsel for the parties.

4. Considering the submission made, petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation before Respondent No. 5 within a period of 10 days from today. Further, Respondent No. 5 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest and to do needful within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.
