1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 21.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Bilaspur to Surguja.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a widow lady and got just about two years of service left for retirement. At this juncture, the petitioner has been sent to a far off scheduled area which would create great inconvenience to the petitioner particulary at the fag end of her service career. The counsel for the petitioner further refers to the circular of the State Government where a person who is more than 55 years of age should not be as far as possible sent to a scheduled area.

3. Given the facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from today and on reciept of representation of the petitioner respondents shall decide the same within a period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decide, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
