The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.131/2016 registered in Police Station Gandai, District Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 457 & 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

In view of the fact that the bail application of co-accused Pyarelal has been dismissed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.6030 of 2017 and other connected matters on the ground of registration of several crimes and the accused persons being habitual offenders, the present bail application is also dismissed.
