Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 07/11/2016 On 17.08.07, the evidence of A.S.Verma (PW-4) was recorded by the trial court and he was cross examined at length by the counsel. After a lapse of about 9 years the application was filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 311 of Cr.P.c. for recalling the said witness. By a well reasoned order the trial judge has dismissed the application as filed by the applicant mainly on the ground of delay. It has also been observed by the trial court that several opportunities were granted to the applicant.

I find no illegality in the order impugned. Revision has no substance, the same is accordingly dismissed.

It is expected from the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
