1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P1 dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Sector-Wadraf Nagar, Block: Wadraf Nagar, District: Balrampur to Sector Dindo, Block: Ramchandrapur, District: Balrampur, (C.G.)

-22. The only ground of challenge is that, the petitioner falls within the protected category as is the Block Secretary of the Chhattisgarh Pradesh Swastha Karmachari Sangh of Block: Wadraf Nagar.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and also taking into consideration the protection granted to such persons under the transfer policy of the State Government, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the receipt of copy of this Order and the respondents in turn shall consider the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1, so far as the petitioner is concerned.
