1. The challenge in the present writ petition is that, the petitioner, inspite of being transferred on his own request vide Annexure P-1 dated 22.08.2019, is still not being relieved. According to the petitioner, since, the transfer of the petitioner being from one tribal area to another tribal area, the requirement of a reliever for the petitioner would not arise. Further that the order of transfer is also till date not amended, modified or cancelled so far as petitioner is concerned.
2. Given the said facts & circumstances of the case, let the respondent No. 1 & 3 take appropriate steps at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order ensuring that the petitioner is relieved to the place of posting of transfer unless the order of transfer is modified, amended, or cancelled so far as petitioner is concerned.
