1. The relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents to relieve the petitioner pursuant to the order of transfer dated 21.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Pendalnar, Block Chhindgarh to Bharritola, Block Manpur.

2. Given the limited grievance/relief that the petitioner has raised/claimed for, ends of justice would meet if the respondents are directed to ensure that the order dated 21.08.2019 is executed at the earliest in its letter and spirit unless the order is amended/modified or cancelled so far as petitioner is concerned. Let steps be taken for relieving the petitioner forthwith within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
