The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.589/2016 registered in Police Station Civil Line Raipur, District Raipur (CG) for offence punishable under sections 420, 120 B of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the applicant on the pretext of providing job has received an amount of Rs.10,45,000/- from more than 20 persons and job could not be provided. Consequently, on report made offence has been alleged to have been committed. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, infact there has been monetary transaction of loan and the applicant has entered into compromise which would be evident from the affidavit of the complainant and the entire amount has been settled, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel was directed to verify the fact as to whether the affidavit was executed by the complainant. 5.

State counsel on verification would submit that police has reported

that compromise has been affected between complainant and the applicant and the dispute has been settled.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made that compromise has been affected between the complainant and accused, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
