This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.313/2017, registered at Police Station Jamul, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(a), 376/34 of IPC and Section 5 read with 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 2.
