Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal for the reason that on behalf of the appellant against the judgment impugned another appeal has been filed earlier by the counsel engaged by him, which is pending before this Court.

After due consideration, the prayer is allowed and this appeal (CRA No.1577/2018) is disposed off. However, the counsel for the appellant appointed through High Court Legal Services Committee is permitted to give his appearance in pending CRA No.1354/2018 along with the counsel engaged by the appellant.
