1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order (AnnexureP/1) dated 23/08/2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Tahsil Pamgarh District Janjgir Champa to Korba, District Korba.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the case of the petitioner needs reconsideration on the health ground of the petitioner as well as of the family member of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, he has severe vision problem with one of his eyes and he is under treatment at L V Prasad Eye Institue (Kar Campus) so also the wife and children of the petitioner are also suffering from Sickle Cell Anemia and who are also undergoing treatment at the present place of posting. Therefore, at this juncture, if the petitioner is being

transferred to a different place, petitioner may face various difficulties at the domestic front.

3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
