Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation for absorption in the Municipal Corporation, Bhilai which has not been considered and decided by respondent No.3 till this date.

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
