1) Perused the application wherein it is found that in the judgment dated 19-9-2018 passed in FA No. 148 of 1995 there are some typographical errors crept in the first page of the said judgment wherein "judgment reserved on 9-8-2017 and judgment

delivered on 19-9-2017" have been wrongly typed in place of "Judgment reserved on 9-8-2018 and judgment delivered on 19-92018" which requires to be corrected. 2) Accordingly, it is directed that in the first page of judgment dated 19-9-2018 passed in First Appeal No. 148 of 1995, in place of judgment reserved on 9-8-2017 and judgment delivered on 19-92017, the same be read as under: "Judgment reserved on 9-8-2018 and judgment delivered on 19-9-2018"

3) Rest of the judgment dated 19-9-2018 in FA No. 148 of 1995 shall remain intact.

4) In view of the above, MCC No. 741 of 2018 stands disposed of.

5) A copy of this order shall be kept in the original file of FA No. 148 of 1995.
