Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 13/12/2017 Heard.

1. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.203 of 2015 registered at Police Station- Mandir Hasoud, District Raipur (CG) for the alleged commission of offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. Case diary has been perused.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that huge amount of Rs.26 lacs has been involved in the alleged commission of offence of cheating and according to the complaint, the applicant and other co-accused collected Rs.26 lacs in the name of providing employment.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the applicant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant, at this stage. However, in case, there is delay in trial and is not concluded in six months, the applicant would be at liberty to revive the application.

5. The bail application is rejected.
