Heard on I.A. No. 01/2018, application for condonation of delay in filing the petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 6 days in filing the petition is condoned. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has been discharged by the trial court, therefore, he is willing to go for legal recourse before the proper forum. 4.

As the respondent has been discharged by the trial court, the instant petition is not maintainable, but revision would lie against the order passed by the trial court.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. 6.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse before the proper forum.
