Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by order dated 27.9.2016 petitioner's application for restoration and Limitation Act both have been rejected by the Family Court, Bilaspur that may be restored.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that no such application has been made by the petitioner before the Family Court, Bilaspur.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner files an application for restoration of his MJC and application under Section 5 of the Limitation

Act, the Family Court would do well, consider and dispose off the said applications strictly in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition finally stands disposed off.
