Instant revision is against the order dated 20/09/2017 passed by the Special Judge (Electricity) Bilaspur in complaint case No.83/2017. 3.

Perusal of the order dated 20/09/2017 would show that court has fixed the case for evidence and it has recorded that prima facie offence has found to be committed under the Electricity Act. Further the court has recorded that the case to be adjudicated as summary trial. Order also do not show that court has exceeded it's jurisdiction or failed to exercise power vested in it by law so as to exercise the revisional jurisdiction of this court.
