The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the memo dated 13/09/2018 issued by the respondent No.2.

The document enclosed along with the Writ Petition show that, the petitioner was duly granted appointment on the post of Peon vide order dated 08/05/2015 in the regular establishment under the respondent No.2. That without assigning any reason whatsoever, the impugned memo has been passed.

Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed reply/representation to the said memo issued by the respondent No.2. That it turn the respondent No.2 shall take into consideration the contentions of the petitioner objectively and decide the same by passing a reasonable order.

Till the decision is taken up, it is ordered that the services of the petitioner should not be discontinued by the respondent No.2. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands allowed and disposed off.
