1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking for an appropriate direction to the respondents to conclude the allotment proceedings so

far as allotment of the Pond and Dam of village -Panchayat Nawagaonkala.

2. From the plain reading of the proceedings, it appears that there is already an order passed by the Chief Executive Officer Zila Panchayat Bemetara in this regard to the concerned Gram Panchayat. If at all if the Gram Panchayat is not adhering to the direction of the CEO, the proper course for the petitioner is to approach the concerned Chief Executive Officer himself seeking for a direction to get his earlier order complied with, if not, to approach the District Collector in this regard who has been authorized to take further steps, in the event, if the Gram Panchayat fails.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail such remedy available to him in this regard, the present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
