Shri Praveen Das, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/01/2019 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that even though the respondent is prepared to hand over possession, the petitioner is avoiding it. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this submission is not correct. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent offers to hand over the keys of the premises to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same. The keys are handed over to him.

The petitioner would be free to occupy the premises. For this purpose, he will be entitled to seek assistance of the police authorities of the police station within whose territorial jurisdiction, the house is situated.
