Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 12/12/2017

1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.269/2017 registered at Police Station Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa for offence under Sections 307, 324, 323/34 and 506 (Part-II) of the IPC.

2. Although out of 3 injured persons namely, Manoj, Amrit and Luv, 2 of them suffered head injuries, however, when examined in the Court, all of them have turned hostile presumably due to out of Court settlement between them as stated in their deposition. Therefore, this Court is inclined to release the

applicants on bail.

3. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
