The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order (Annexure P-1) dated 23.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Forest Ranger in North Bortalav District Khairgarh to District Kanker as officer on special duty.

The contention of the petitioner is that the present impugned order is the order in which the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfers. According to the petitioner, he was earlier transferred vide Annexure P-2 dated 14.08.2018 and petitioner was again transferred on 05.10.2018, there orders were immediately complied with by the petitioner and thereafter in a short span of time within 8 months, the petitioner has again been transferred.

The further contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been substituted by any other reliever, the post still lies vacant. 4.

Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a representation to the respondents in this regard within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and respondents in turn shall decide the representation within a further period of 45 days.

Till the representation is decided, there shall be a stay of the effect and operation of the order so far as the petitioner is concerned. 6.
