The present review petition has been filed seeking recall of the order dated 05.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6856 of 2019. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had assailed the order of transfer dated 21.08.2019 on a different ground and it appears that inadvertently the writ petition got disposed of on entirely different ground which was not raised by the petitioner and which was the ground not available for the petitioner to assail the order of transfer.

Having heard the contentions put forth by the petitioner and on perusal of the record, it appears that the impugned order has been erroneously got typed. It appears that the said order to have got mixed up with another writ petition which was disposed of on the same date. Considering the aforesaid facts, the Review Petition deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. The order dated 05.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6856 of 2019 stands hereby recalled.

Let WPS No.6856/2019 be listed for rehearing tomorrow i.e. 12.09.2019.
