1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Sanaud, Balod to Mangchua, Balod.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner was recently transferred vide order dated 12.07.2019 whereby the petitioner was transferred from Amrikala to Sanaud. The said order of transfer was issued at her own request. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has joined her services at the transferred place i.e. present place only on 16.08.2019 and in less than one month's time the petitioner has again been transferred to a different place. The petitioner further submits that the petitioner has recently availed the maternity leave and has got infant child with her to take care of. Therefore, she would face great inconvenience if at this stage she is being transferred.

-23. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 10 day from today, who, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
