1. Heard.

2. Petitioner is before this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is owner of land bearing khasra No.355/2 measuring 0.5400 hectares constituted in village-Sirsa, District-Kabirdham. This whole landed property was acquired by the respondents. The award of compensation has been passed by the respondent No.2 on 22.3.2019 by which the petitioner has granted award for the acquisition of 0.04 hectare land only, therefore, she has made representation to respondent No.1 praying for grant of compensation of the whole land acquired, but the same is pending without any decision, hence, appropriate orders be passed.

4. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions and submits that the claim of the petitioner requires verification.

5. Considered on the submissions.

6. The petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondents are directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioner and after making verification of the same, if it is find that the whole land measuring 0.54 hectare has been acquired in the process of acquisition by the respondents, then appropriate steps be taken within 90 days for award of compensation to the petitioner.
