This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.207/2017, registered at Police Station Kasdol, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307 and 498(A)/34 of IPC. 3.
Considering the contents of the dying declaration of deceasedArchana, who had been allegedly put to fire by her husband and mother-in-law and the applicant - father-in-law did not try to save her despite being present in the house, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
