Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of order passed by this Court on 22.12.2016 in Cr.M.P. No.966 of 2016 (Krishna Kumar Gupta and others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and another), by which, the criminal charges against the petitioners have been quashed and the petitioners are discharged from the offences, the application is rendered infructuous. 2.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
