Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has retired from the post of Forest Guard at Forest Division Mahasamund on 31.03.2020 and he has not granted full benefit of pension, agaisnt which, he made representation to respondent No. 2, which has not been considered and decided by respondent No. 2 till this date.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stand disposed of.
