1. After arguing for sometime, the limited prayer that the petitioners make is that the petitioner No.2 has already made a representation on behalf of the petitioner No.1 for apportionment of the pension and death-cum-retiral dues payable to the legal heirs of the deceased late Vidyashankar Rahi, therefore the respondents may be directed to decide the same.
2. To the said limited prayer that the petitioners have made, the counsel for the respondents does not oppose.
3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2&3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field and also taking into consideration the interest of the petitioner No.1, a minor child of the deceased person. Let the representation be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
