1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 22.09.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Akaltara to Jashpur (CG).

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the action on part of the respondents clearly falls within the ambit of frequent transfer. He further submits that his sister is suffering from serious ailment and no proper medical facility is available at Jashpur and therefore prays for setting aside the impugned order.

3. In the given facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the concerned respondent within a period of 15 days from today and the respondent is directed to decide the same within a period of 30 from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
