Considering the limited grievance which the petitioner has made this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve if the respondent no.3 is directed to ensure that the appeal preferred by the petitioner on

04.03.2017 against the order of recovery be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to bring to the notice of respondents no.3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 3.
