Prima facie, this Court is of the opinion that the said order was an appealable order but for the reason best known, the petitioner has not preferred an appeal and has rushed to this Court by way of a writ petition after more than 8 months from the issuance of the impugned order. 3.
This Court, at this juncture, is not inclined to entertain the writ petition on this ground. Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of 15 days from today, the writ petition stands disposed of. On such appeal being filed, the appellate authority, ignoring the limitation aspect, shall consider the appeal on its merit and decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the appeal. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the appellate authority so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
