1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.86/2017 registered at Police Station Dabhra, District Janjgir Champa for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the IPC.

2. The applicant along with 7 other accused persons have committed murder of deceased Reshamlal and Mahettar Khunte by inflicting fatal blow by means of iron pipe.

3. Considering the fact that the applicant was allegedly one of the members of the unlawful assembly, this Court is not inclined to release the applicants on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
