The claim of the petitioner is for grant of time bound pay scale and upgraded pay scale.

The contention of the petitioner is that, the respondent No.2 has already sanctioned for the release of same vide order dated 19.07.2017 (Annexure P/4) but the same was subjected to verification from the office of the Treasury. However, though more than one year have been passed, no any decision has been taken by the respondents thereafter. The petitioner has made a representation and reminders in this regard but those also have not been till date decided.

Given the said facts, let the respondent No.2 take an appropriate decision in case of the petitioner for grant of time bound pay scale and ensure that the said benefit be released to him, if found entitled, preferably within a period of 60 days from today. If the petitioner is not entitled for the same, the respondents shall intimate the same giving reasons as to why the petitioner is not entitled for the said relief. 4.
