Petitioner in person submits that in compliance of the Hon'ble Court's order dated 26.07.2018 passed in WPC No. 2049/2018, order dated 29.09.2018 has been communicated to him by the University informing that his research work proposed and presented has not been accepted. 2.

The aforesaid statement made by petitioner in person is taken on record.

In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the order dated 29.09.2018 in accordance with law.
