This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.48/2016, registered at Police Station Lalpur, Mungeli for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss this bail application for want of prosecution.
