1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to the Respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider regularizing/confirming the services of the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, he was appointed vide Annexure P-1 dated 19.02.2013 and initially probation for a period of 2 years. On completion of the work/probation, the Principal of the institution where the petitioner was working has recommended for the
-2confirmation. The petitioner has already made correspondence in this regard to the higher authorities in the department but till date no further decision has been taken.
3. Given the fact that, the petitioner as of now has completed 6 1⁄2 years of service but till date, they have not taken a decision for confirmation/regularization of the services of the petitioner, ends of justice would meet, if the Respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
