1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.28/2018, registered at Police Station Bori, District Durg, for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 294, 506, 323 of the IPC, Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, and Sections 5(B) & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. This is the third bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail.

3. Today in two rounds, when the matter is called for hearing, none present for the applicant. No representation is made. On 24-10-2019 also, no one appeared for the applicant.
