Heard on I.A.No. 01/2018, which is an application for condonation of delay of 638 days in filing the present MCC.

The said application is not objected by the non-applicants. 3.

Accordingly, I.A.No.01/2018 is allowed and the delay of 638 days is condoned.

Heard on MCC for restoration of MA(C) No.1503/2016, which has been dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 16.11.2016. 5.

On due consideration and for the reasons assigned in the MCC for restoration of MA(C) No.1503/2016, I am inclined to allow the present MCC. 6.

Accordingly, the MCC is allowed and the MA(C) No.1503/2016 dismissed

is restored to its original number subject to removal of the entire default(s), as pointed out by the Registry in the said appeal, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
