1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer Annexure P-1 dated 04.09.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Kudukela, Kunkuri to Balajhar, Paththalgaon.

2. The main contention of the petitioner is that the order of transfer has been made after the transfer period has come to an end. According to the petitioner the transfer period was initially open uptill 14.07.2019 and thereafter it was extended uptill 23.08.2019 but present transfer has been made on 04.09.2019 as such it is perse contrary to the transfer policy of the State Government.

Given the said facts, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days from today taking all these facts and circumstances of the case into consideration and respondent No.2 in turn shall decide the representation within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.
