Heard counsel for the Petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the State, learned Assistant Solicitor General for Union of India and counsel for Respondent No.9.

In view of the detailed order passed in a batch of writ applications including the lead case being WPC No. 1649 of 2017 i.e. the case of Smt. Anita Agrawal v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others, decided on 30.10.2018, this writ application is allowed for the same set of reasons. We also record that the notification dated 04.12.2014 issued by the State Government fixing a multiplier of 1.00 has been already set aside.
