Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working on the post of Warden in Durg Circle but vide order dated 06/04/2016, he has been transferred to Sub-Jail, Bijapur. It is submitted that the petitioner has

completed five years in the scheduled area, therefore, the petitioner may be directed to be posted at non-scheduled area.

Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered the rival submissions made herein above and also gone through the records with utmost circumspection.

The petitioner is granted liberty to make representation to respondent No.2 by highlighting his grievances within 7 days from today. Thereafter, respondent No.2 shall consider and decide his representation within next two weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
