Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.5 has been directed to perform work of Principal, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Geedam, Dantewada whereas respondent No.5 is junior to the petitioner. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner shall made representation to respondent No.2 within 7 days from today which shall be considered and

decided by the concerned respondent within a further period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order.
