1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 23.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Lagra, Bilaspur to Katghora, Korba.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case where the petitioner has been subjected to transfer in less than a months' time. According to the petitioner, he was transferred on 12.07.2019 (Annexure P/2) whereby the petitioner stood transferred from Khodri, Gourela to Lagra. Based on the order dated 12.07.2019, the petitioner was relieved on 27.07.2019 and joined at the transferred place on 29.07.2019 and in less than one months' time the petitioner has again been transferred vide the impugned order.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case particularly taking into consideration the recent order of transfer issued in favour of the petitioner which stood complied with, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents within a period of 10 day

-2from today, who, in turn, shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as petitioner is concerned.
