Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's suspension has been revoked vide order dated 17/02/2021 but the salary during the suspension period has not been paid to him.

No.3 within 2 weeks from today, thereafter, respondent No.3 shall consider and decide his representation within next 3 weeks. 3.
