The claim of the petitioner is for grant of compassionate appointment. 3.

According to counsel for the petitioner, the father of the petitioner died in harness on 27.05.2016. The petitioner being married deserted daughter is staying with the widow of the deceased employee. She raised an application for compassionate appointment and her claim application is pending consideration before the respondents.

Given the facts that the claim of the petitioner is till date not decided finally, the present petition at this juncture stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to take a decision on the claim application of the petitioner in accordance with provisions of law.
