1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondent no.3 in not taking appropriate decision on the application for mutation that the petitioner had filed as early as 09.01.2020.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it is almost 2 years now that the application of petitioner is pending and therefore, an appropriate direction be given to respondent no.3 for an early decision on the application filed by the petitioner.

3. The limited prayer is not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the writ petition as of now stands disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to take an appropriate decision on the application filed by the petitioner seeking mutation of the property situated at Khasra No. 157/1 measuring 5 decimal in village Bhaisatara, P.H. No. 11, Tahsil Rajim, District Gariyaban (CG). Let an appropriate decision be taken in accordance with law, within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
